Terms of Service

Effective 3 September 2026Last updated 3 September 2026Version 2026-09-03

Welcome to StreamSphereHub. These Terms govern your access to and use of StreamSphereHub, including our website, streaming services, creator pages, viewer features, chats, communities, moderation tools, collaboration features, applications, integrations, and any other services we provide (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, accessing, streaming through, or otherwise using StreamSphereHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Operated by GameSphere Lounge / StreamSphere Hub

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use StreamSphereHub. If local law requires you to be older to consent to personal-data processing or enter these Terms, a parent or legal guardian may need to provide permission.

Users under 18 may use monetization, payout, subscription, or other financial features only where permitted by law and, where required, with a parent or guardian. By using StreamSphereHub, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We may request reasonable information to verify age or eligibility.

2. Your StreamSphereHub Account

Some parts of StreamSphereHub require an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information.
  • Protecting your password and login credentials.
  • Keeping your account secure.
  • Activities performed through your account.
  • Notifying StreamSphereHub if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not sell, rent, transfer, or give another person access to your account unless expressly permitted. You may not impersonate another person, creator, company, staff member, moderator, or organization. Additional verification may be required for privileged accounts.

3. Third-Party Accounts and Integrations

StreamSphereHub may connect with Twitch, Steam, Discord, OBS-compatible streaming services, StreamElements, Tangia, payment providers, social networks, and other creator tools. When you connect one, you authorize access to information made available under the permissions you approve.

Third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies, rules, and availability. StreamSphereHub does not control them and is not responsible for their outages, suspensions, API changes, lost functionality, account actions, or other problems. StreamSphereHub is not affiliated with those services unless expressly stated.

4. Creators and Streaming

Creators may livestream, create pages, interact with viewers, publish posts, organize collaborations, run community activities, and use other creator features. Creators are responsible for everything they stream or publish.

You must have all necessary rights and permissions for music, video, games, artwork, images, trademarks, clips, broadcasts, and other copyrighted material. StreamSphereHub does not grant permission to use material owned by somebody else. Creators must also follow the rules of games, platforms, services, and software used during broadcasts.

5. User Content

“User Content” includes livestreams, clips, images, banners, messages, posts, comments, listings, usernames, videos, links, and anything else users submit, upload, stream, transmit, display, or publish. You retain ownership of content you own.

By publishing User Content, you grant StreamSphereHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and distribute it solely as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the Service.

This licence ends when content is deleted, except where copies temporarily remain in backups, retention is legally required, content relates to reports, disputes, fraud, security, or enforcement, or another user lawfully incorporated it into an existing feature where every copy cannot reasonably be removed. You confirm you have the necessary rights.

6. Community Rules

StreamSphereHub is intended to help creators, viewers, and moderators build communities without turning the platform into a digital dumpster fire. You may not post, stream, promote, coordinate, or distribute:

  • Credible threats, encouragement of violence, targeted harassment, bullying, or unlawful hate and discrimination.
  • Sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, predatory behaviour, or non-consensual sexual content.
  • Doxxing or highly sensitive personal information.
  • Scams, fraud, phishing, identity theft, malware, or unauthorized system access.
  • Spam, artificial engagement manipulation, illegal goods or services, or instructions facilitating serious illegal activity.
  • Copyright infringement, deliberate infrastructure disruption, ban evasion, or other unlawful content.

Context matters. Legitimate educational, documentary, artistic, gaming, or news content may be permitted where appropriate and lawful. Additional Community Guidelines may apply and form part of these Terms.

7. Chat and Moderator Tools

Moderators must use chats, dashboards, multi-chat tools, and moderation actions responsibly. Moderator status does not create employment, contractor, representative, or agency status unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Creators generally choose and manage their own moderators.

StreamSphereHub staff may intervene where activity violates these Terms, law, platform-wide safety rules, or threatens the Service. Abuse may result in removal of moderator access or account suspension.

8. Prohibited Technical Activity

You may not attack or overload infrastructure; perform denial-of-service attacks; bypass security; exploit vulnerabilities without authorization; obtain another user’s credentials; scrape in a way that creates unreasonable load; unlawfully reverse engineer protected systems; introduce malicious code; manipulate viewers, followers, rewards, statistics, or engagement; operate unauthorized bots; interfere with livestream delivery; or use StreamSphereHub to attack third parties.

Report good-faith security research privately to [email protected].

9. StreamSphere Rewards, Points, and Virtual Features

Unless expressly stated otherwise, virtual points have no cash value, are not legal currency, bank deposits, or cryptocurrency, cannot be transferred or sold, and may be modified or discontinued. Exploiting, duplicating, automating, selling, or fraudulently obtaining rewards may result in removal or account restrictions.

10. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Creator Support

Paid features may include subscriptions, memberships, donations, digital products, or other purchases. Before completion, applicable prices, fees, taxes, and payment terms will be shown. Third-party payment providers and additional terms may apply.

Mandatory consumer cancellation, refund, withdrawal, and statutory rights remain where required by law. Chargeback fraud, payment fraud, stolen payment methods, or deliberate refund abuse may result in suspension or termination.

11. Creator Revenue and Payouts

Eligible creators may receive revenue. Payouts may require identity, payment, and tax information; age and provider verification; a minimum threshold; and compliance with applicable terms.

StreamSphereHub may deduct disclosed platform and transaction fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, processing costs, and other permitted amounts. Revenue shares and fees will be shown in applicable monetization terms or dashboards. Payouts may be held to investigate fraud, disputes, legal obligations, sanctions, ownership disputes, or serious violations. No revenue amount is guaranteed.

12. Giveaways and Promotions

Unless StreamSphereHub is expressly identified as organizer, the creator running a giveaway is responsible for legal compliance. Rules should clearly state eligibility, dates, prizes, selection method, geographic restrictions, and winner contact methods. Deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal giveaways are prohibited and may be cancelled or removed.

13. Copyright and Intellectual Property

To report alleged infringement, email [email protected]. Identify the protected work, disputed content and location, your contact details, why the use is unauthorized, and any declaration required by law.

StreamSphereHub may restrict disputed content during review. Repeated infringement may result in termination.

14. Reporting Content

Report content, accounts, messages, streams, or behaviour through available reporting tools or [email protected]. Knowingly fraudulent or abusive reports may violate these Terms. Where appropriate, affected users may receive a reason for moderation decisions.

15. Moderation and Enforcement

StreamSphereHub may investigate suspected violations and issue warnings, remove content, restrict features, remove moderator privileges, disable monetization, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict new accounts, preserve evidence, or report unlawful activity where required or permitted.

We consider severity, context, frequency, previous violations, risk to others, and law. Emergency or severe situations may result in immediate action.

16. Appeals

Where available, users may appeal moderation decisions and explain why reconsideration is warranted. We may review original content, history, circumstances, and additional information. An appeal does not guarantee reversal.

17. Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using StreamSphereHub at any time and may request deletion through available settings or support. We may restrict accounts for material or repeated violations, security risks, fraud, serious harm, legal risk, or legal requirements.

Where appropriate and required, we will explain restrictions. Information may be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, disputes, enforcement, or legitimate recordkeeping.

18. Privacy

Collection and use of personal information is governed by the StreamSphereHub Privacy Policy, which should explain collected information, purposes and legal bases, retention, recipients, international transfers, cookies, and applicable rights. Third-party integrations process information under their own policies.

19. Platform Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable, but internet services occasionally decide to become small electrical goblins. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, universally compatible, or loss-free operation.

Features may be unavailable due to maintenance, failures, outages, third-party problems, security incidents, upgrades, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Features may change, be replaced, added, or removed.

20. Beta and Experimental Features

Beta, preview, experimental, and early-access features may contain errors, change significantly, or be discontinued. Do not rely on them for critical data or operations.

21. StreamSphereHub Intellectual Property

StreamSphereHub’s website, software, branding, designs, interfaces, logos, original graphics, code, and other materials belong to StreamSphereHub or its licensors unless stated otherwise. These Terms transfer no ownership. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without permission or a legal right.

22. Feedback and Suggestions

StreamSphereHub may use voluntarily submitted feedback, ideas, and feature suggestions without compensation unless separately agreed in writing. This does not transfer unrelated intellectual property.

23. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamSphereHub is provided “as available.” We do not guarantee creator growth, audience, income, collaborations, sponsorships, stream performance, or business results, and are not responsible for statements, actions, products, services, or content from users or independent third parties. Mandatory consumer warranties and rights remain.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamSphereHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses, including lost revenue, profit, opportunity, data, or business interruption. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

25. Indemnification

Where permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, damages, losses, or reasonable costs arising from content you unlawfully upload or stream, material violations of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or unlawful use. This does not apply where responsibility cannot legally be imposed under consumer law.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as legal, security, technical, or business requirements change. The current version and Last Updated date will be published here. Significant changes may receive additional website, account, inbox, or email notice. Required notice periods apply. Continued use after changes take effect means acceptance, subject to applicable rights.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. EU and EEA consumers retain mandatory protections. Raise disputes first through [email protected]; unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent court as determined by law.

28. Severability

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

29. No Waiver

Failure to immediately enforce a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.

30. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with applicable Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Creator Monetization Terms, Cookie Policy, giveaway rules, and other expressly incorporated policies, form the agreement governing your use of StreamSphereHub.
